Flight Birthday Parties
Why not have your birthday party at Flight?
You will have a fantastic day and your party will include 1 hour in our amazing gym, filled with apparatus, beams, bars, fast track and sprung floors. Our British Gymnastics coaches will structure the party session for children’s ages and abilities—minimum age 4 years.
After the gym, you are welcome to take the party to our café! You are welcome to bring your own decorations and games. Tables and chairs will be provided.
About Flight Birthday Parties
On arrival, you can expect a meet and greet, and induction chat from our coaches. They will introduce themselves to the children and explain what they will be doing along with the rules.
Please inform the team should there be any specific games your party guests wish to play. We will do a mini awards ceremony at the end with a podium and medals.
At the end of their gym time, the children can enjoy 30 minutes in our spacious party room.
The last 15 minutes is used as a tidy away for the party organiser.
Food and decorations are not provided and must be brought by parents.
What Does The Party Offer
- 1 hour of gymnastics time
- Certificates and medals for all kids attending
- 45 Minutes of party room time
- 15 mins clear up time
Party one
- 12 pm to 1 pm – Gymnastics party
- 1 pm to 1:45 pm – Party room
Party two
- 1:15 pm to 2:15 pm – Gymnastics party
- 2:15 pm to 3 pm – Party room
Party three
- 2:30 pm – 3:30 pm – Gymnastics party
- 3:30 pm – 4:15 pm – Party room
Each party costs £200 for 20 children aged 6 years and over.
This includes 1 hour in our gymnastics facility and 45 minutes in our café/party room and a certificate and medal for all children attending.

Book a party
Please complete the enquiry form below and pay a 50% deposit to secure your booking. Full payment will be required 14 days before your party date.
Cancellation policy
A 50% deposit is required on booking and full payment is required 1 week before the party date. If you need to cancel your party, if you cancel 4 weeks before the party you will receive a full refund. If you cancel after this time we will retain the 50% deposit but will refund any additional payments made.
